When will My Order Ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 to 12 business days. As soon as your order ships, we will send you tracking information.
How Musch Does Us Shipping Cost?
All US orders ship FREE SHIPPING.
Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes we do! We offer international shipping to most countries across the globe. Shipping costs and duties are calculated and collected at checkout.
Delivery times for international orders range from 10 to 18 business days, depending on the shipping service selected. In some instances, international delivery can take up to 6 weeks.
Please note that, for returns, international customers must arrange and cover the cost of their own return shipping.
What is Your Return Policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn (of course!), with all tags attached, and in the laundry bag packaging. To help ensure your order is eligible for a return, we recommend trying on your Curvy Girl Shaper. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

How Do I Start a Return?
To start a return, contact our Customer Care department a curvygirlshaper@gmail.com with your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll then email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

What Size Am I?
For the most accurate sizing, click Size Guide on our product pages to see our product measurements. We recommend measuring products you already own to compare our measurements against, and sizing up as a rule of thumb if you're unsure.

We recommend sizing up as a rule of thumb if you’re in between sizes.
What is the Difference between a Bralette and Bra?
Bralettes are more comfortable and less supportive compared to a traditional wire bra. While bras are designed to maximize support and structure, bralettes are designed to maximize comfort and style.
Can I return or exchange my order if Does't fit?
Of course, we hope that you love everything you receive from us but if you do need to return or exchange something we ask that you do it within 28 days. We will happily accept returns in the 28-day window as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, all original tags are in place and its not from our sale.
We are also happy to accept returns on knickers providing they have not been worn and meet our health and hygiene standards. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns on underwear that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards. We ask you to please try on our knickers over the top of your underwear, and to avoid wearing any make-up, perfume or beauty products that can leave marks or scents. As this could cause the item to be non-returnable.Â
All sale items are non-refundable. However, you are more than welcome to return your sale items to us for a credit note or exchange. We do not offer free returns on sale items.

How Should I Wash My Curvy Girl Shaper Products?
Take care of your pair by turning them inside out and placing them in our reusable mesh laundry bag. Machine wash on gentle with like colors. Do not machine dry as it will ruin the stretch lace. Line dry and have a bootyfull day!
What is the Differene Between Queen's Lace And Cougar Lace?
Queen’s Lace has a floral pattern within the lace that's inspired by romantic wildflowers and fit for a, well, you know.
Cougar Lace has an animal pattern within the lace and is designed for strong, fierce women who know what they want and aren't afraid to pounce.
Both the Cougar and Queen's Laces have our proprietary 4-way stretch and
scallop-edge detail.Â
What is the Fabric Content Of Your Everyday Inner Clothes?
Our stretch floral lace is made from 82% Nylon and 18% Spandex.
Our stretch cougar lace is made from 80% Nylon and 20% Spandex.
The gusset on all our products is made from 100% cotton.
What is the Fabric Content Of Your Inner Clothes?
Our Products is made from lace that's 80% nylon/20% spandex and lined with fabric that's 88% Lenzing modal/12% Lycra.
